Eye wash is a special liquid used to wash a person’s eyes if they have become contaminated by a foreign substance such as dust or fine debris. How to use eye wash products
- Always read the instructions on the packaging and use these products only as directed. If you have any doubts, talk to a medical professional.
- Rinse your eye bath with the eye wash before use.
- Carefully pour eye wash into the eye bath until one third full.
- Holding the eye bath at the base, lower your head and place the bath over your eye.
- Raise your head and open your eye so the eye wash flows freely around it.
Hold the eye bath in place for about 30 seconds while gently rocking your head.
- Once finished, discard the used eye wash.
- Repeat these steps for your other eye if necessary.
